License
A Tusk license is a one-time purchase for one person, valid on up to 2 Macs. It covers the version you bought and all updates to it. Licenses bought by a company may be moved between employees. License keys may not be shared, published, or resold.
Trial
The trial runs for 14 days with every feature enabled. You don't need an account, and we don't collect anything to start it.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Paddle.com as merchant of record. For a refund within 14 days of purchase, reply to your Paddle receipt email or use paddle.net. We approve these without discussion.
Privacy
Tusk connects directly from your Mac to your database. Your queries and your data never pass through our servers. The app contacts us for two things: checking for updates, and activating a license (your key plus an anonymous hardware identifier). If you configure an embedding endpoint for semantic search, your search text goes to that endpoint (the one you chose, not our servers) and its API key is stored in the macOS Keychain, like your connection passwords. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Warranty
Tusk is provided as-is. Keep backups, and be careful what you run against production. Your statutory rights under local consumer law are unaffected.
